This is why I got into Information Architecture - to be the glue between these two types since I can hang with both sides of nerdery and vibe with ‘em. Though after doing a bunch of such work I’m kind of a unemployed IA guy. It barely exists in Scandiland and I am just trying my own personal music/art hustle with my design rates rocketing back to 10 years ago. Its kinda fun though. Rather make my own ideas and dreams be realized even if they are niche.
